Pass eligibility
Practitioner passes are reserved for eligible end-user organisations. Solution providers, consultants, vendors, integrators and technology companies must use the commercial participant pass.
Registration confirmation
A place is confirmed after successful payment and confirmation from the organising team. Registrations are personal unless a substitution is accepted under the Delegate Substitution Policy.
Programme changes
The programme may be refined as speakers and case studies are confirmed. Any material event change will be communicated through official channels.
Conduct
All participants must follow the Code of Conduct and respect the professional, non-harassing environment of the conference.
