Requesting a cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to events@fb-research.com from the email address used for registration. The organising team will confirm the terms applicable to the booking before processing any request.
Event changes
If the organiser materially changes or cancels the event, registered participants will receive direct information about the available options.
Alternative to cancellation
Where appropriate, an eligible colleague may attend in place of the original delegate under the Delegate Substitution Policy.
